Before your appointment with ARC Veterinary Physiotherapy

All animals treated by ARC Veterinary Physiotherapy must be registered with a Veterinary practice. All services are carried out in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 (section 19) and the Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 2015. This states that treatment provided by a Veterinary Physiotherapist must be done so under referral from a veterinary surgeon. However, general maintenance treatment with the owner's permission of a healthy animal may be done so without a referral. Consent from your vet means that we have all of the necessary information to be able to provide safe and effective treatment. Please download the form below and have your veterinarian fill it out.
